Our grand giver DUF (Danish Youth Council) had invited us to participate in a project management seminar that they were hosting in Morocco in May.
We were lucky to be able to send two Danes from BBU (the Danish project group that works with the project from Denmark) and one of our former youth and now leader in the project at Emmanuel, Elvia.
We spent 12 days with people from nine different countries and 13 different partnerships (Danish projects working together with project from other countries all over the world). It was such an inspiring trip where we learned a lot about different cultures, other countries and their projects and a lot of new tools that will become very helpful in the future.
We will in the next couple of months be working a lot with our structure in the organizations and how to do better monitoring and evaluation processes in both the Danish and Honduran team.
